Imaginative Design Owner Bio

Pat Pierson has a successful history in business and is recognized by clients and those who have worked with her as the person to go to when you need the best. She has created a career based on what lay beyond-beyond the expected, beyond the basics, beyond the ordinary.

She recognized the value of technology before most people understood how it would change the world. Her work history is filled with successful tenures at world class companies--Bendix, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Armco Steel, Fortis Benefits and Sprint. In every role, she used her leadership and business skills to move each company forward using the newest technologies.

Over time, she moved into more consulting and analytical projects that focused not only on technology and business but on how consumers and buyers lives are impacted by organizations and improved consumer technologies. She is well known for her skills at selecting and managing the perfect project team and for leading her clients to success beyond their expectations.

Pat is active in numerous business and community organizations. She is active in the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, EWGA (Executive Women's Golf Association) and the Kansas City Chapter of KSU Catbackers.

She was nominated for the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award in 2007 and 2008. As a KC Chiefs' Red Coater she works to represent the Kansas City Chiefs and the NFL to support the local community.

Pat graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in Computer Science and later earned her MBA from the Univeristy of Missouri in Kansas City. She has recently updated her technical and design skills by attending Johnson County Community College.
